Football Focus in Schools was formed in 2002 by Steve Clifford and Wade Lucas. Football Focus in Schools is a non- profit limited company that has the sports development of young children close to its heart.From 2002 to the present day Football Focus in Schools have established a Community Coaching and Education Programme in the Primary sector and Special Needs sector within our community.
Football Focus in Schools is now part of Sports Focus in Schools and undertakes all activities relating to football.

Football Focus in Schools offers After School Football Courses, we also run two Saturday Morning Soccer Schools for boys and girls of all abilities aged from 4yrs to 12 yrs, one in Spelthorne at Town Farm Primary School in Stanwell, Middlesex and one in Runneymead at Bishopsgate School, Englefield Green,Surrey. We run Football Fun Weeks in all of the holiday periods for boys and girls of all abilities aged 4yrs to 12 yrs at various Primary Schools, click for information. We coach at the Brentford Community Sports Trust Advanced Development Centre, in partnership with Brentford Community Sports Trust. There are also opportunities for disabled children through Spelthorne Disability Sports Club where Football Focus in Schools teaches the football.

Experience has shown us that teaching high quality sport in the primary sector is beneficial to the children, it helps to enhance sports role as a positive force in society, improves social inclusion and educational standards.
